Dental implants in Marrakech
Getting a fixed tooth back starts with a precise assessment: your mouth, the possible solutions and every stage, clearly explained.
The 10 treatments in dental implants.
At our clinic in Guéliz, Marrakech, every dental implant plan starts with an assessment. An implant is an artificial root placed in the jawbone, which then receives a crown; the amount of bone, the condition of the gums and your general health show whether it is suitable.
-

Replacing a single tooth
An implant and a custom-made crown to fill the gap left by a tooth, without touching the neighbouring teeth.
Who is it for? For a missing tooth or one that has to be extracted, when the amount of bone and the condition of the gums allow it.
See the treatment -

Replacing several teeth
A fixed row of teeth, anchored on a few implants, designed for chewing and smiling with ease.
Who is it for? For several missing teeth, side by side or scattered. The number of implants is decided after the assessment.
See the treatment -

All-on-4 / All-on-6
A complete fixed arch on 4 or 6 implants, depending on the assessment.
Who is it for? For a jaw without teeth, or whose teeth can no longer be kept, when you would like a fixed solution.
See the treatment -

Immediate loading
Leave with a temporary tooth shortly after implant placement, when the stability achieved allows it.
Who is it for? For certain situations where the bone and the stability of the implant allow it. This option is not possible for everyone.
See the treatment -

Bone graft
Prepare a volume of bone suited to implant placement, when the assessment shows a lack of bone.
Who is it for? A bone graft may be considered when the available bone does not allow an implant to be positioned in good conditions.
See the treatment -

Sinus lift
Increase the height of bone beneath the sinus for certain upper-jaw implant plans.
Who is it for? A sinus lift concerns the back part of the upper jaw.
See the treatment -

Implant restoration phase
Prepare the crown, bridge or denture that will sit on the implants.
Who is it for? The restoration phase is the making of the replacement teeth on the implants.
See the treatment -

Implant maintenance and follow-up
Look after your implants and their restorations, and monitor the tissues around them.
Who is it for? Implant follow-up combines daily hygiene with check-ups adapted to the patient.
See the treatment -

Gum graft
Reinforce certain gum tissues or cover an exposed root, after evaluation.
Who is it for? Gum recession can expose part of the root.
See the treatment -

Surgical gum disease treatment
Treat certain periodontal pockets or lesions that persist after the first phase of care.
Who is it for? Periodontal surgery may be considered after non-surgical treatment and its re-evaluation.

Follow on InstagramDental implants: your questions.
These answers remain general. At the consultation, we answer precisely for your situation.
Is an implant suitable for everyone?
Not always. The amount of bone, the condition of the gums, certain illnesses, certain medications and smoking all play a part. The preliminary assessment is there precisely to check this with you.
How long does the treatment take?
It depends on your situation and on any preparatory stage, such as a bone graft. A timeline suited to your case is given after the assessment.
Is it painful?
The procedure is carried out under local anaesthetic. The possible after-effects and the instructions to follow are explained in advance, so that you can approach the placement calmly.
Have you heard this before?
“You are too old to have an implant.”
Age alone is not an obstacle. It is general health and the condition of the bone that count, assessed before deciding.
“An implant needs no maintenance.”
No. It is brushed and checked like a natural tooth: the gum around it can become inflamed if hygiene is insufficient.
“Without enough bone, an implant cannot be placed.”
Not necessarily. A bone graft or a sinus lift can sometimes recreate the volume needed. Three-dimensional imaging helps to decide.
“You need one implant for each missing tooth.”
No. Several teeth can be replaced by a bridge supported on a few implants. The number is decided after an examination.
